Church Life @ BACC

Sabbath School - Youth

We have two youth sabbath school classes at Burwood:

(Youth 1) The Apprentices - look at a mixture of biblical and current-issue topics that are relevant to today's youth, and challenge each other to apply what we learn in real life.
Leaders: Natasha & Adam
Who goes: Mostly students from year 11 through to university.
Location: Meets in the 2nd room on the west side of the church

(Youth 2) The De-constructors - use the SDA senior sabbath school lesson as a starting point, but the main focus is on taking things apart to properly understand what is going on, and applying the principles to life outside of church. This group wants to engage with the world in terms it understands.
Leaders: Johan & Sarah
Who goes: Post-highschool, mostly post-undergraduate and post-modern.
Location: Meets in the church foyer/hall area
