Welcome

Welcome to Burwood Adventist Community Church. We are located in the central part of Melbourne, at the corner of Huntingdale and Highbury Roads in Burwood, VIC .

We are a friendly Christian community church and would be very happy to have you visit us. We meet every Saturday morning from 9.45 am for a small groups Bible study time and then at 11.15am get together for a combined worship time.  We enjoy a vibrant, contemporary style worship that features music, drama and Bible-based preaching.

Our prayer is that you will receive a special blessing as we praise and worship God and fellowship together.

Please plan to be part of our three-week series "CONNECT" starting January 30. In this series we will be highlighting the value of community and the nurturing of relationships within our church family.

To encourage your participation in this series, we would invite you to respond to some initial questions via the web, prior to January 30.

Your answers and input will be referred to during the series with a live screen displaying the results of your contributions. Anything displayed, however, is completely anonymous as no names are displayed.

To participate please either:

1. Go to http://www.youversion.com/groups/bacc and click "Join Group" for free registration to BACC’s space. Then simply look for "Events" at Burwood, select "Connect" and respond to the questions

OR

2. Use the portal window below to contribute your responses

The portal window doubles as an input window and a preview of what you will see on an internet enabled phone at http://m.youversion.com/events/2513 or in the YouVersion iPhone app which may be downloaded free of charge at the iTunes store here. Whatever your brand of mobile phone, you can download a free YouVersion app that will allow you to contribute live to the BACC group site, anywhere, any time. Download at http://www.youversion.com/mobile.

As part of "CONNECT", the theme of community will be explored more deeply in a six week small group program commencing in the first week of February.and running until the week ending March 13. All groups, though at different venues, will cover a common curriculum from the very popular Doing Life Together series involving video presentations along with group discussion.

Listed in the box below are all the groups that will be meeting once per week for the six-week period. Days and times may be subject to change, depending on what best suits the members of each group. We would encourage you to sign up to be part of one of these groups prior to January 30. Signup sheets for each group will be on tables in the foyer each Sabbath after church.
